Brad was an excellent buyer's agent. He helped us find our dream home. Even when inventory was low, Brad never gave up. He was so diligent about finding the right house for our family. And when it came time to negotiate, he brokered a deal that was fair for all parties. We bought below asking price, and the seller still walked away feeling good. In fact, the transaction was so pleasant that we have continued to keep in touch with Brad and the seller!
